All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We do pro rate your move in but we do not prorate your move out. Example, you move out on the 20th, we are not able to issue a refund.
So far so good. They are really sinking some cash into this place. There was a crew working Saturday to get the overhead doors installed. This place is a work in progress but the unit looks good, secure, and gated.
Great experience with customer service. They called to confirm my reservation and it was no pressure as to the time I would arrive. The location was easy to get to also. The unit is very newly built so it was definitely clean. The price was also unbelievable for the space I rented. The June special was amazing. Overall great experience so far.
