All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We do pro rate your move in but we do not prorate your move out. Example, you move out on the 20th, we are not able to issue a refund.
These guys are great! I reserved my unit but needed it sooner. They were so accommodating and helpful. The lady I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Rates and location are great. I definitely recommend Hearthfire Self Storage.

Excellent!! The transaction was handled online, no person-to-person contact. This was a plus on my behalf because I live in Maryland and came to Elizabethtown PA to move my daughter out of the dorm. I placed her belonging in storage by entering a code in the gate. The lock and key to the unit were inside the unit. I have rented storage spaces in the past but this was the smoothest non-person transaction I ever experienced.
