Paying online is really easy on the site. Fully automated system has always worked well for me. Rates are way to high for a non temperature controlled unit. I had a unit for 3 years and went through multiple rate increases. If there is any problems it is extremely hard to get to speak to a live person. Easy to use short term. Would not suggest for long-term due to higher rates.
